The September 30, 2009 balance sheet shows:

Cash of $27.3 million
Restricted Cash of $39.7 million

I believe that the restrictions on cash relate primarily to collateral posted for swap transactions. There are 25.4 million shares on a fully diluted basis.

So the total cash per share (counting restricted and unrestricted cash balances) is: $2.64.
