This one broke through my metrics on this report and I also need capital, am overexposed in financials and could use the tax loss, so I unloaded this morning and wish longs luck. Could be that I unloaded near the bottom, but suddenly I have trouble understanding this one, and am new to C REITs anyway.

Planning on doing more DD and maybe catching it later after 30 days, whatever the price, but right now I am not sure but my initial read of the report was that it wasn´t very good. Could be reading it wrong and I plan on spending some time reviewing it later this afternoon, but better safe than sorry and I have some pretty conservative metrics to begin with.
