With some 84 m shares and warrants and options and convertibles out there, ATS is worth more than it looks: some 4x sales at $3 a share. Relatively well worth it if one looks at the deep and broad r&d pipeline: worthy of a billion-dollar player. Once/if growth gets to 30% a year, this should be worth 6x sales...
