Although Motley Fool Income Investor has this on its recommended list, it appears from cash flow statement for calender 2008 that they are paying dividends by incurring additional debt. Paid 154M in dividends and increased borrowing by 286M. Am I missing something, or do we want a company that attracts investment by paying dividends through borrowing money, not through earnings?
