It was announced that ASPM is being acquired by COV for only $12 per share. As a result, shareholders will be forced to accept this amount even though it is below the company's true inherent value.

I have learned that several shareholder groups are joining to try and prevent the takeover at this unfair price and force the board to either put the company up for sale or engage in a fair negotiating process so that shareholders can receive their fair market value for their shares.
