I work in Atlanta and the posts about the culture and management are completely true. SE does nothing to motivate anyone. He does not even say hello to us. He clearly has favorites- two people RK and BM. He is our leader? Follow him? To lunch, to watch TV? He is god for calling his brother when he needs something done from the inside. Comes in handy when you want people to make trip. Cook the books.

RK does nothing to motivate sales. He treats certain people with favortism and the rest are left behind. He is sneaky and unfair. We all know it and talk about it - and I mean EVERYONE. Top to bottom, I do not know 1 person who works here who likes him.

We also know H R will do nothing. They have allowed the politics to continue and have never called and questioned us. We also know that it is a good ole boys club and we are nobody.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Fairness is not in the vocabulary-favortism is. We all dread coming to work. No one is helping us sell business, because they don't know how to sell it. It is sad in the office.

The economy is bad; we are staying only for this reason. We do not believe in the company; how are we to take this on the street and sell this to business owners? We ask owners about their culture, what makes it a great place to work, how we can bring solutions- yet ours is horrid. It is such a joke.

If they cared, why not do a TRUE confidential culture survey in Atlanta? BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID. So HOW DO WE SELL BEST PRACTICES on the street, when our backyard is one big nasty weed?
