MS JM PS are busy inflating their ego's writing a book on Best Practices/Best Places to work. Trying to justify charging clients $250 to $350 per employee per month in administrative fee's and junk fee's. We are supposed to sell this fluff and hope propsects don't figure out the evasive billing percentages.

Turnover is rampant in our area. Poor culture, poor leadership, dismal belief. Over 25 reps- each is to make a sale a month. Lucky if one sale- maybe two is made a month out of all 4 offices. Then the management splits the sale between 4 offices. Reps are not making any money.

SE is inept at best. Anti social, rude, the only intelligent ?? conversation he can drum up is some stupid movie he has watched 50 times. His idea of work is to sit in his office and come out to charm his secretary. SE surrounded himself with yes men. Completely under qualified- but his brother gives him job security as a Texas Boy and right hand to MS.

RK is a snake in the grass, nobody likes him. He has managed to put our area in a deep black hole. You would think someone in the ivory tower would take notice that he has sales through booking business that we have told him will never payroll. PS can report to the street "sales" that never become revenue ?? Stockholders must love that shell game. Under his leadership the numbers have dropped down, down, down. He and his compadres drove the one decent DM out the door. Everyone knew she motivated her team, she was loyal, and she was carrying the market. Who would want to take RK on a call? Have you seen the guy?

DW is a complete moron. Micro manager who can't sell water to a camel. Self absorbed yes man. His claim to fame was 2 years of re booking the same employees (no new revenue for the company) every time a client changed their businees name or went to a new site. No one wants to take him on sales calls.

Stockholders- drop this loser. They do not practice what they preach. Days ahead will continue to show lower profits. The shell game can only be played so long. The assylum has released the prisoners.

Sales Applicants. Be afraid. ASF is a landmine of good ole boys mentality, bully leadership, nepotism, favortism, and a morgue atmosphere. Everyone walks around and complains. Hate management. It is a horrible place to work. Don't believe the hype, it is smoke and mirrors. Ask them about turnover. People come and go, we don't bother to learn their names- inside rule 4 months before you get to know someone, chances are slim to none a new hire will stay.
