Isnt this just what the old management did? When things were good...they spent money on building a warehouse on property that they couldn't use for 3 years...then they stated to buy little software turnkey businesses...then sold the IED businesses, sold KEYLINK (both to the same company ARROW) and allined the sales groups the same way a disti is setup (hum...just like Arrow is setup)... It's only a matter of time before they sell...I would be supprised if the deal is in the works now... Like I said before...if you not going to bust up the company and keep the software IP...the rest of the busniess is going to drag the company down...The disti's dont want any software IP ...they want an enduser salesforce... While that would be difficult for other VAR's...its the model that Pioneer Standard had before getting rid of Keylink...
