Dear Directors,

In your 2009 Semi-Annual Report, paragraph 6 "Contingencies", page 15, you indicate that Laxey would like a payment of $985, 000 from ASA, and that the board is reviewing the request. That money belongs to me and the other shareholders. It does not belong to the board of directors or to Laxey. Please honor your fiduciary and legal responsibility. Do not give this money to Laxey.

Please let me know if you have already given this money to Laxey. I will want to complain to the SEC and others of what I consider an illegal action.
