ARTNA Purchase     30-Sep-08 02:42 am    
I purchased this stock about 1 month ago as a conservative play with long term rewards. I am worried about ARTNA obtaining future capital with this market as it is, but with present revenues and the need to provide wastewater services, I cannot see a signficant downturn (not respective of debt at this moment). Please advise.
