Hey All:

ARKR briefly went below $15/share this afternoon. At this price level, the dividend yield is about 6.75%, not too bad. I would think that ARKR would go down after the special dividend EX date has passed, but I think this is almost going too low.

ARKR is a well run company and very conservative. I really think that they will be able to maintain AT LEAST $1/share payout in the future.

ARKR currently has enough capital to fund the special dividend, the 1st year of the reinstated dividend, AND the year after that.

Also remember that restaurants can run at under a 1.0 current ratio too.

I would hazard a guess that any potential future dividend cut, is offset by future special dividends and potential dividend raises. The $1/share dividend is probably pretty safe.

I am tempted to increase my position below $15/share. I wish I had more liquidity when it was below $10/share!
