How was NLY overpriced at 19.50 7-Nov-09 07:12 am

This stock is overvalued at 19.50 ONLY if you are short or wrote calls. Somehow this stock is stuck in an unusually small trading range for the volume and trades counter to any information or market trends. WHY??????????
