According to my bloomberg terminal on September 28th and 29th Mr. Paul Issacs has purchased 140k shares or so between 8.25 and 8.5...as the largest holder outside of our controlling family what do you suppose he is up to? Is he trying to block the vote or is he going to offer a better bid and figures better take some lame ducks out of the name while they think they are smart and selling above the "deal" (and I use that term loosely) price. Whatever he's doing - it sure is interesting.
