Would the buyer object to buying only the Wilsons shares, they could still get a controlling stake, 50.68%. I want to be partners with a buyer at $7.75. The Wilsons needs for cash should not be why Im forced to take a price that seems silly.
If its such a great sale - explain it to me - why is this a good selling opportunity?
