Paid off. I called Presidential, and they told me. I was shocked, because I don't remember seeing anything anywhere, ever. Where did this money come from? New stock? If so, existing sharholders have been diluted. If there's a new lending facility, WTF are the terms? I hope everyone has a good lawyer!
