After all the money that was collected in that lawsuit a year or so back, it does not appear much still exists. They shmied(spelling? lol) it all away. Mis-step after mis-step. For years, the cry was, Ron- give it up to someone who can make it better. By the time the writing was emblazed on the wall- well, here is where it is. It appears a round of capital needs to come from somewhere. Where?- without dilution how might that occur? They do not appear worthy to lend money to. Maybe I am missing something here, and Warren has a few cards up his sleeve. Lets hope so. Seems like the cascade downward began with the extention of the $2.00 warrants in blantant disregard for the other outstanding shareholders. Seemed like greed at work when it commenced, and more greed when it was extended. I hope they got what they wanted, because IMO, they got what they deserved. No mind I have bucks still in there. I have little hope of recouping my investment, at least in the near term.
