Allegedly, following the changes in Aon London over the past 6 months big ticket clients have started to vote with their feet. Clients such as Hertz, Fujitsu, TUI travel, Eurotunnel and Sabanci have all moved to either Marsh or Willis.

The Aon folks on the ground are great, lets the Aon/McKinsey boys learn quickly that clients like stability and good service and hate constant change that doesn't deliver them any benefit.
