Two things to watch closely when shorting this stock right now: 1) it is trading 13x next year's earnings against a current PE of around 20 - pps will close the gap. 2) this stock is a poster child for following Bollinger Band activities. It just pierced the lower band prior to earnings and is on it's way towards the mean and with momentum will carry it to the uppper band, if not expand the upper and "walk it up" to new highs. The time to short this stock is when it pierces the upper band, the worst time to short is now. Check out it's last year of history, it is pretty clear how the stock acts within the bands.
