What's next? What else do you want from "us", the shareholders?

Your plan to create shareholder value has failed, you have been unable to generate any positive earnings, you've failed at preserving our balance sheet, you've exited low margin business and the BOD has allowed you to bring in your own management team. What else can we help you with? A stimulus plan perhaps?

Enough Elmer!!! We have had enough and your institutional shareholders have also had enough. You have tried your best, but to allow this to continue and for the shareholders to continue to lose equity each quarter, how can the board of directors continue to allow this to happen? We own this company, not you or the board.

Now we are left with higher margin business in which we are still no where near the competition in our margins and are left with remaining business that is unprofitable.

If this is so personal to you, then how many more of your institional investors and shareholders need to line up to tell you to sell Analysts?
