The last two to three weeks have seen a gradual stock price increase on higher volume. Somebody is accumulating, or else word has leaked about something good. My opinion. I've owned this stock for three years and have never seen it behave this way. I thnk it is probably accumulation with expectation of higher demand as a result of the gradual economic stabilization.
