Alas, staffing is a very difficult business even in the best of circumstances because barriers to entry are so low. The competition in the industry is keener and keener by the day and this is why a great sales staff can only be one part of the equation in a profitable staffing company.

Beefing up the sales staff may not help much. It is hard to see how Anly could do better than companies such as Robert Half that have had good sales in the past but that are experiencing tanking sales in this recession.
