I reviewed the Price to Book Ratio for six (6) Agency MREITS (HTS, CMO, NLY, AGNC, MFA and ANH), and they range from a high of 1.19 for AGNC down to our low of .924 for ANH after last night's earnings.
All of the Price to Book ratios are over 1.00 except for ANH. Doesn't this suggest that the ANH stock price has some room to rise, to reach a comparable price to book ratio as the others? Even a ratio of just 1.00 would yield a price of $7.58 according to the company report... Sentiment : Buy Rating :
