I'm considering it as a short play. They rent out cars and trucks and have a ton of debt which is mostly asset-backed by fleet purchases. I'd be all over this except that (1) This is a business that's fairly easy to downsize, (2) rental rates are going up because fleets are getting smaller, and (3) they make a bunch of money off of selling cars they've used up, and I'm afraid that the used car market will hold its value better as new car production declines.

Any thoughts?
