U.S. Attorney files antitrust suit against On Line retailer AMAZON.
The U.S Attorneys office sued Amazon yesterday, accusing the world's largest On-Line retailer of unfair business practices to maintain its dominance in the On-Line retail market. As a result of mounting pressure from WalMart and others, Amazon enlisted long time hedge fund associate Bernstein to run up AMZN Market Cap, to generate capitol to combat its ever increasing competition. The suit seeks to stop the anti-competitive behavior, restore competition and recover damages suffered from U.S. government agencies and consumers as well as penalties. Amazon, run by Jeff Bezos an ex-hedge fund manager, appears to have a history with Bernstein and others regarding market manipulation.

I expect headlines similar to this sooner rather than later.........
