Wouldn't that mean they are adding value by purchasing assets for less than what the market thinks they are worth? Towers with 3-4 tenants are worth $700-$1MM. Look online for yourself. They make 70-100K in FCF, so seeing deals for $150K is pretty encouraging. They deserve 18x on their FCF because they are buying assets for pennies on the dollar. see ya at $50!
