I gave up holding my breath waiting for some prosecutor somewhere to do something about naked shorting at least 5 years ago.
I sure as hell won't be the SEC. If they couldn't catch Madoff, who they were told about, why expect them to do any better with maked shorters, who the SEC knows about. Rating :
