After reading Dave Even posting, I called Agilent Service Center about not receiving an 2010 Open Enrollment package like previous years. And learned Agilent has gone fully paperless and we need to check www.netbenefits. com on Nov 5 to see our 2010 medical benefit and sign up for 2010 medical insurance. We won't receive any benefit information in the mail, nor email saying Agilent gone fully paperless. Another change is noone knows what our benefit choices or cost will be until open enrollment starts Nov 5. Then we have 13 days to make our choice. Fidelity knows of no planned teleconferences like we had the last 2 or 3 years. The Fidelity rep says this is the new normal procedure. So we need to be very proactive about our medical benefits now. The rep says these changes are posted on Agilent Intranet, which we don't have access to.
