However, even without TPP, US gov't is not going let the Chinese to buy even donuts from the US (national security risk). So the valuation goes like this $1.15B (today) - say NET $300m market cap for Tipping Point = $715m for the rest of the company. I think it is dirt cheap, but may need time to sort thing out. I am sure Bain still see dollar sign in this deal (without the Chinese). Rating :
