Why are insiders (CEO, CFO and others) being given options (that were exercised as per March 20, 2009 filing) at such alow exercise price of $0.68 per share when the stock is already at the lower end of five year price range. Why were these options not priced at the current market price? Why are these guys being rewarded inspite of such a poor performance of TDSC stock?

Such underpricing of executive options below market price would suggest that TDSC is expected to go down further. The current quarter losses will become much worse with additional expense of these in-the-money executive options being issued.
