Anyone figure out when is a good time to buy VCITX? Is now too high a price - 10.63?
Any index it follows? Despite CA budget problems, VCITX has not gone down, held steady to gone up since the beginning of the 2009. If it holds up and end at 11.00 - that's about an 8% return on NAV. Not bad! For now, the NAV low was about 9.75 or so. What news will make the NAV go back <10? Cross my fingers we seen the lows for a long time! For the wait, you get a 4%+ interest tax-free. Rating :
