How come when the market has a good day like today, this fund goes down? Is it because the current management has no knowledge of how to proper invest our monies? I'm very disappointed with the handling of my money by this Vanguard manager. I'm ready to bail out, and give Vanguard the finger on the way out. Any one that thinks he's great, feel free to respond or are you a deadhead and believe the crap Vanguard feeds you about low fees?
