Anybody read the semi-annual performance report for VWEHX? In it Mr. Hong admits that it has underperformed and attributes this in part to the Treasuries held by the fund. He also states that the conservative strategy is used to ensure steady div's. Well,I can tell you that my div's for PRHYX,SPHIX and BJBHX have been coming thru quite regularly. So,I question Mr. Hong's need to have this conservative strategy for VWEHX. He really is hurting the investors in VWEHX by not diving in more in the exploding junk market with more riskier issues. He's cost all of you a lot of money!!
