The market for bonds in a period of equity weakness and maybe inflation has been interesting. The quality and governmental sponsorship of the GNMA has been attractive, BUT when the inflation really flowers, all will turn against the GNMA. Don't forget to leave before the party ends. I think in summer 2008 its over.
