10/07/09 VFIIX @ 10.79 closed at its all-time high. Maybe at most 10.90, but as the article, if becomes reality, VFIIX should head for a correction at most 10% to 9.75.

This has been the historical norm. More $$$$ as interest rate rise, but principal decreases.
