Sunrise, do you have a brokerage account? I'm currently considering more Duke Realty bonds & HRP Property bonds. Already hold quite a bit of Liberty Property.

There are others, but depends on risk level you're ok with. Thing is w/actual bonds (vs funds or stocks), you get your principal back & don't have to rely on market psychology to support the price.

I'm not in any mutual funds, but have been in VFIIX. It's hard to lose money in GNMA funds. Pimco total return fund is also stable & decent yield.
