I put money into this. It wasn't supposed to be risky at all and the value collapsed within a matter of weeks. Vanguard has this system where they don't want you to trade. Well, that makes it hard to move out of your position when you need to and it costs you money. Big time. I wouldn't blame this on any bond insurers either. The people working for Vanguard are entirely responsible. Of course, they act like they're different than everyone else.
