Well it tripled from the bottom of the last recessin to the peak before this one. The theory that there is more growth potential overseas leads one to international stocks, and smaller ones tend to outperform. So there you go.

Big question to me is, have we really seen the bottom? Economy is pretty weak. But maybe its up from here. One thing for sure, stocks are a lot less expensive now than two years ago.
