Ok so Yahoo says the return on this fund is circa -5% on the year but the yield is circa +5%.

Yield=Interest paid by the coupon. I am assuming this is based on the PAR value of the underlying bonds. Correct? Or is it calculated on the market price of the underlying bonds?

Return= Increase or decrease in the market value of the underlying bonds. Correct?

So if the yield is +5% and the return is -5% would not the total income from this investment equal about 0%?
