What does this mean, "All you have to do is stay vigilant on the Treasury market"?
Does that mean stay in it when things get bad? Like now? Or does it mean get out and get some CD's when things are crappy, like now?

This could be the best place to park a sizeable chunk for the short run and a piece for the long haul. Up over 3% for the year, paying out interest income (albeit modest) every month, fees lower than if you owned the Treasuries yourself if you invest over $100K, and fully backed by the USA. See any other fund able to top that right now?
All you have to do is stay vigilant on the Treasury market and you can ride out this wave of the cycle pretty intact. Some older folks did just that during the internet bubble and they came out way ahead.
