This is the time to buy when everybody is doom and gloom. I have heard it all before. It is not the end of the world. Get a grip people. The economy will rebound and when it does you do not want to be on the sidelines. The biggest moves in the market happens very quickly and only on a few days. When those folks on the sidelines decide the market is looking better and decide it is time to get in, its too late for them. They are buying too high. Start your DCA (dollar cost averaging). You buy more shares when the price is lower and less share when the price is higher. Happy trading folks.
