OK, just put the remainder of my IRA money into this fund for 2008 and postponed the rest of my monthly purchases.

I don't retire for 28 years and this to me seems like the best opportunity (the timing not necessarily the fund) to make money in the future. I only hope the markets remain sideways until the new year so I can go all in with next years allowable.
