The first thread was headed this direction so I thought I'd start a new one with more descriptive title.

I currently hold most of my IRAs with USAA. I currently like this fund USAA International best but also have a chunk in their Precious Minerals fund. I just shifted 10K over to the Tech fund as a starting position because it looks like Tech is taking off early this year.

I also have funds in the TSP "I" fund that compares itself to EFA which allows me to follow the international pricing trend throughout the day.
