Yeah, talking heads love to say muni's are safe but that is far from the truth.
They also say 'massive' redemptions by hedge, who just need cash to cover, caused the muni collapse. Truth is this fund has not been any better then stocks. Sure, over the past year this fund has loss less then stocks but look over 5-10 year period and you will see about any investment would have beat this one.
Good luck to you on this one. No one wants to sell low but I have no confidence this fund is going anywhere for years, maybe a decade. It does little good to get a 'tax free' dividend each month only to see your share price fall more.
