Hey Walker,
I am one of those guys that doesn't know enough to hold USEMX.
But I do know that this fiasco is shaping up to be deeper and longer than the 2000 fiasco and USEMX will most likely not recover in the years I have left.
And since I bought right at the top, I am pissed off at myself.
Being older than dirt I knew better.
Over the many years, USAA was at the top of everyones list in every catagory. No more.
The "association" has morfed into a "corporation".
It's operations are just like everyone elses now.
Management, profit, stockholder, employee, then customer.
Didn't use to be that way.
I don't believe USAA even manages this fund any more.
It's contracted out. Pretty sure.
