Just sold(exchanged for treasury fund) 1/2 my hodings in this fund. It's 1 yr. return(as of 12/31/2007) was only .60%(less than 1%). This compared to it's benchmark of 6.34%. WHY? I called T.Rowe Price & suggested they fire the fund manager.
