If you have $ in this fund through your 401K then I understand why you own it but if it is your personal cash or IRA then why not just manage it yourself? You can move the money around in whatever fund or stock that is doing the best and you would only pay the 1 time sell or buy fee. I have a self managed Roth IRA and personal account and I'm doing much better. Just move your money to the sector that is hot.
