This is not Emerging Europe or the Mediterranean fund if they concentrated on Russia. Boy, I wish I had paid attention over the last couple of years to notice what the management was doing. Talk about lack of fudiciary responsibility!!!!
Now the fund has dropped sharply below its 200 dma. This fund is going down big and for at least several years. Sentiment : Strong Sell Rating :
