Looks like it's time to get back in unless there's evidence that fund management is poorly qualified. I doubt a third avenue fund is managed poorly or by poor quality people. It's likely they've been investing in special situations and distressed securities that have been completely hammered to extremely low levels. In other words, the portfolio may be locked and loaded to go up substantially as the panics subside.
