I have owned both tramx and tremx, however I sold all my tramx as soon and russia invaded Georgia. This has since become big trouble with russa's stock market, and russian companies makes up most of this fund.

I still like tramx but I only have a small portion of my portfolio with it. While I think tramx will do extremely well and probably better than most price internation funds, you have to remember this is an investment within the middle east and third world africa, so anything can happen politically that could make the russian situation look like a tea party.
