Ok, you mean 'alt-energy' refined from the earth. Can we agree that 'Hydrogen' is from the earth/atmoshphere? And that it is the cleanest/greenest fuel-source out there as the by-product is water, right?

Well hydrogen fuel-cells (HYGS) is still in the infancy stage, a niche market for (fleet vehichles, municipal buses, forklifts, UPS systems, etc). Honda has the first mainstream production hydrogen powered auto (Clarity) available to Californians for lease. The powertrain is basically a giant electric motor with hydrogen as the energy source. Driving range 300+ miles.

Microturbines (CPST), aka clean power-generators are available for the masses and are used in many commerical buildings as backup power and/or direct power generation. I think the fuel source is natural gas, but the system produces very low emissions and it is super quite compared to commonly used power generators installed in buildings.

I do not believe HYGS is owned by many institutional firms, but CPST is...and they are near the point of making a profit in the next year or two. CPST is one to look at and a stock to acquire for the next few years.

As for PRNEX owning any alt-energy companies, I think they're still the typical (coal, natural gas, petroleum, drilling/exploration, industrial metals & mining, agriculture chemicals, etc...) You can find out the list of investments on the TRPRICE website....
